Why arent tasks assigning?

Conditions that need to be met

• Tasks must exist
• Task Group needs to be activated
• Agents need to be available (typically in "Idle" state)

Further diagnosis

If the tasks are still not dispatching if the above criteria are met, then there is probably something wrong with the meta-data of the task itself. The easiest way to view this is the following:

View Task Bid Rejections

*Note: Not all task bid rejections are bad. For instance a bid will be rejected for an agent that is not configured for a task type. You must search for the specific agent and task that you expect to be assigned/dispatched.
